Spotify is a horrible ripoff, especially when it comes to subscriptions

Spotify is a horrible ripoff, especially when it comes to subscriptions

I don't like having to wait until the end of the month for my subscription to cancel. It's Sep 30 and it says the subscription won't be cancelled until Oct 31st.   I should be reimbursed. It's not even the beginning of the month yet. And why am I being charged before it starts for the month?  I want to be reimbursed and have it cancelled now!
