Thanks for reaching out. Check your receipts page and payment method and make sure that the payment was actually successful. If you see the payment on the former, but not the latter, then the issue is perhaps on the provider's side, so consider reaching out to GCash for further clarification. If the payment isn't visible anywhere, then most likely it wasn't debited. You can wait and see if it goes through on the second try.

I am also having the same issue but it says in my gcash transactions that I have already paid my premium since it was auto-debit. But when I looked in my spotify account it says I haven’t paid yet.

In your case, we'd first recommend checking the dates of your receipts page to see if the latest payment was from the current month or the previous one. If it's from the previous month, it's possible that the system tries to take the payment of the current one shortly, so we'd recommend double checking the available funds on your Gcash, just in case.
If you need more help with the payments, since we don't have access to user's accounts from the Community, we'd recommend contacting our Customer support directly so they can check the account and help you further.

Just to confirm, do you want to cancel your subscription? You can do it by following the steps here.
If the issue is that you don't have a Premium account, but the subscription is deducted every month from your GCash, we suggest that you take a look at this article.

Why is the spotify deducting my gcash when i avail 149 premium, it has only one month when supposedly it should be 3 months before they deduct it.!

If you've taken any kind of special 3 month offer, then that will only apply for that period and subsequent payments will be once again for 1 month. Check your receipts page and see which period your 3 months covers as it's likely it was for the previous months and you have since just been charged normally.
