Spotify on Tesco network

I've redeemed my code on my voucher for premium 30 days which is a £9.99 voucher then it said I was successful but then still my music isn't playing an it's asking me if I want to upgrade an also before letting me redeem my code it told me Tesco network doesn't support this , but it took the payment an still my spotify music isn't working , is there a solution to this cause I think it's just really stupid tbh

You should use this link to redeem your code. If successful, you are going to get a Spotify receipt to your registered email.
