My Question or Issue

I have been downloading to my personal iPhone for a year. My new job handed me a new Samsung Galaxy Note 9.  I have the Premium Plan. It says you can add music to "up to" 5 devices. So I assume I can at least re-download my music to the Samsung. First, do I understand that correctly?  And second, is there any easy way to copy from my iPhone to Android without re-downloading?

Hi there,

That's right, you can have multiple devices, however, you can only stream music on one device at a time.

You'll need to re-download all your offline music to your Samsung device too.
