Spotify premium member for years but it’s crashed

Spotify premium member for years but it’s crashed

Hi there I have been a Spotify premium user from the start. I have an S8 and the app has been crashing all month. I have not been able to use it. I emailed support with no reply so I have downgraded to free.


all I want is my month I lost back for free.


if this is not possible or your to busy giving 3 months away for free that’s fine but you will have lost me as a customer.

Which channel have you used to reach out to Support (Twitter, Facebook, Contact Form)? They usually respond within 48 hours.


Also, make sure to check your email junk/**bleep** folder if you haven't done so yet.
