My Question or Issue

I use Spotify premium and my bill isn't due until the 26th of this month. I opened the app just now and it's showing that I don't have premium anymore. I did the troubleshooting by logging out and logging back in, but that didn't help. I don't have any emails saying anything about this and my bank account isn't showing any payments to Spotify as pending. I'd really like to get this figured out soon! Thanks.

Hello @KikiKaliski!

 

Can you let me know if your playlists and saved songs are still the same? Also, are you able to use Premium features such as ad-free listening or choosing a specific song? I'd also recommend checking out this Support article for more info.
