In my page i can see that my signature is premium, both every try to log on application I only have free status. I had already logged odd an on a lot of times.

First, can you let me know if you’re on Premium for Family, or individual Premium? 

 

Also, could you try a clean reinstall of the Spotify app?

Hi, I'm in family plan. I had already reinstalled the application. In web it shows that I'm premium but it doesn't work in application.

Thanks for the reply! 

Can you head to your account overview page from the account that shows up as Premium? Once you're there, you should be able to see what email address and username you are registered to Premium with.

 

Next, could you try following the steps here to log out of the Spotify Android app? Then, try logging in, using the email your Premium account is registered with. That should do the trick.

I've already tried all that options.  None solved the problem.  I've even resent the invite,  recreated the account.  In web my page shows that I'm premium buy application does not so far. I don't know what else I can do.

Could you send me a screenshot of what you’re seeing? Make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the community. 

 

Also, try logging in if possible on a different device to see if the issue still persists.

I have the exact same problem and i need help with it to fix it only diffrence is i have an individual account

Could you try following the steps I provided in my last reply?

If it doesn't help, please try this using a different device, network connection, and please send me a screenshot of what you're seeing (make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the community).
