Spotify premium shuffle failure

I have an KPN spotify premium acount. I cant turn on shuffle bedauwde When i click
The shuffle button it tells me that I have Discovered a premium function and that I have to activate a Free premium trial. When I look in My account settings it says that I already have a premium account.....

Please help!!

That's odd.

Have you tried reinstalling your app? If not here's a step by step tutorial.
