I want to claim my 50% off for Spotify premium through unidays but I last payed my £9.99 on 20th August and when I go to claim it it is asking for a payment of a further £4.99 when I've already payed £9.99 a few days ago?

The Premium rate for your country is 9.99. Basically the one you paid for is Premium. Student discount is good for a year so its best to take advantage of it. You can apply to student discount by going to their website.

Sorry that doesn't help as I'm trying to claim the 50% off and it's asking me to pay 4.99 when I payed full price of 9.99 a few days ago, so is there no way of me setting up the student account on my account I've got already so next time it's due out it'll take £4.99 instead of £9.99 as I refuse to pay £4.99 again to set it up today

It's best to contact support for this and please give them specific info.
