Spotify premium via KPN to end, how to keep downloaded files

Hi All,

I currently have a Spotify Premium account via Dutch phone/internet/TV provider KPN. I am leaving them, so my subscription will be downgraded to a Free account at least temporarily I guess.... after which I want to upgrade to premium directly again (paying for it myself)

My question is how to keep my downloaded files etc. (I have already read that playlists will remain available).

Hey @stenderson,

When your account reverts back to Spotify's Free plan, all offline/downloaded music will be removed from your device. You'll be able to re-download it all after you upgraded to Premium again at https://spotify.com/premium 🙂

Thanks, but that does not help me I think.

I have hundreds of songs in my 'library' > 'songs' and downloaded all of them to be able to listen everywhere. Will those songs remain in my 'library' although not downloaded when I go to Free?

Yup! You won't lose any of your saved music or playlists in your account.
