Hi,
So I received a message from my carrier the other day saying my premium (it was included as a promo) ends 2017-11-06 and to contact my carrier to continue my subscription.
I contacted Rogers who cancelled it for me, but I still cannot sign up through Spotify directly. The Spotify site still says that my account is managed through Rogers and to contact them. Is there normally a delay in communication between my carrier and Spotify before I can sign up for Premium for Family?
Thanks

Hey @Pickler,
You'll have to wait until your account's plan returns to Free. Until that happens, you won't be able to upgrade to Premium for Family.
When Rogers cancels your Spotify Premium subscription, it's not cancelled immediately. It will end on a specific date, and you can reach out to them and ask if they know that date or you can just wait until your subscription has ended.
Let me know if you have any other questions.

When I reach out to Rogers to cancel they tell me I have to contact Spotify but Spotify help says that I have to reach out to Rogers... my premium subscription with Rogers ends on Nov 20, 2017 do I need to wait until then for my spotify account to go back to free? then sign up again?

So my account ends Feb 02, 2018 through Rogers. Rogers tells me that they will automatically keep me going at $9.99 per month, so no disruption. But they don't offer an option to upgrade to family for $14.99 per month. Is there anyway to switch my account from Rogers to Spotify AND not lose all those playlists we've made over the last 2 years?
Thanks
