Spotify wont let me subscribe to the student plan

My Question or Issue

I am a student studying in The Netherlands and I verified my university using the SheerID system, but unfortunately, when I press subscribe to enter my payment details it takes me to a page that says error 404 page does not exist, I read on the forum that it is working for others and so I am confused. I tried to do it on other browsers but the same error occurred then I tried to make a new account to make the subscription but it said that my Uni Id was already activated, so I do not know what to do since I cannot make a new account and the current page does not let me subscribe.

Thanks for posting in the Community.

Sometimes the network connection may be faulty. Could you try with a different one? You can use a different device as well. The link can be broken as well, try activating the subscription through here: spotify.com/student

If you've already verified yourself as a student with one account, it won't be possible to use another one for the same verification, so that's not an actual issue as you've described.
