Sprint Redeem Links

Hi I have added Spotify to my line and to my sisters line for us to redeem Spotify so it bills to my account, we have tried both links to try to tie spotify to our Sprint it all seems to go good then I get a error message saying it cant be done right now and I have even took the code out of the link from the text and try to go to the redeem page of our spotify accounts and that doesnt work. If someone could help us please and thank you.
