Starting a subsription in US, but moving to Australia in 3 months

I am currently a subscriber for another music subscription service and my plan is set to renew in February. However, I will be moving to Australia in May and the provider I currently use is not available in Australia. I would like to switch to Spotify as I know it is available in AUS, but I'm not sure how changing the subscription would work. I am interested in a family plan. That said, my husband will remain in the US for about 2 months longer than me. So, for half of May, all of June, and half of July I will be in AUS and my husband will be in the US. What should I do?
