Still being charged

Still being charged

About six months ago, I updated my account, transferred all the information and I handed it over to my brother. I made sure to change my card number and information for his. However, I’ve been charged the past three months and I have no idea how to turn it off. I can’t log into my account because I changed all my information to his information so his email and password is the login instead of my email and password. Super frustrated since there’s no support number there’s no Helpline there’s nothing to help remedy the situation except for this forum, which doesn’t help resolve my issue. I finally resorted to disputing the charges with my financial institution, but that doesn’t stop the charges from occurring monthly. Any help or advice???

Hey @Princess_Eppie 

 

Did your brother get email receipts from previous subscription purchases? Search for one of them in his email account. In it, the Spotify username you paid for is shown:

 

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

 

If you're getting charged, it probably means you're paying a different account. Checking your receipts is a way to confirm that.
