Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out. Hope you don’t mind us responding in English, as this is the official language of the Community. Check your receipts page and make sure that this isn't just a case of some payment getting billed later than expected due to failed payments. If the system attempts to charge you but this fails, it will try again in a few days and if that fails, it will again wait a few days before the next attempt. If the payment fails several times, your subscription can get cancelled and your account can be reverted to free.

If however the payment is successful but only after let's say 3 or 4 attempts, the subscription stays active, but the billing date will remain the same. So if the billing date is for example on the 5th, but because of failed payments it goes through on the 15th, the next payment will still be on the 5th. This can create the illusion that you got less than a month, but this is not the case, there was simply a delay as to when the money was actually debited. If you cancel your subscription, the account will revert to free on the next billing date, so something like this can also create the illusion that your subscription expired earlier than it was supposed to.

Hope this clears things up.

URGENT! I am being charged each month for a cancelled free subscription from August 13, 2023.

Hi @lulueekeek,

Thanks for reaching out. Most of the things I suggested in my previous reply can apply to your situation as well. Check your receipts page and see if the payments you're seeing aren't in reality about some older payments that got billed at a later date. Also see if you have a second account where the payments might be coming from.

Hope this helps.
