Student Discount "ACCOUNT RESTRICTED This discount isn't available to you as your account is restric

Hi All,

I've previously had student discount through Unidays and the 12 month period recently expired so I have tried to get the student discount gain. However I only get this message when I try and get the student discount. 

"ACCOUNT RESTRICTED
This discount isn't available to you as your account is restricted."

I have checked with Unidays and there is nothing wrong with my student status etc. Can anyone sugest a solution?
