My Question or Issue

I've paid and got the student plan for Spotify and Hulu, however, I think it activated the wrong account on Hulu and I can't log in. I don't have a Hulu account whatsoever and it's not letting me connect to a new account. Please email me: at <moderator edit - removed email address> for any useful information to troubleshoot this. Thanks for posting in the Community.

Could you share more on the steps you went through and how you weren't able to link your Student Discount to a Hulu subscription?

If you've successfully activated a Student Premium Subscription, you can now go to your Spotify account page in a web browser and open this link: https://www.spotify.com/account/your-services/

There you'll be able to activate the Hulu part of the subscription.
