Student Premium Not Working

Yesterday I upgraded using the student discount for spotify premium and I went to use it today and my subscription didnt change. The payment went through on my card and I was also charged twice. I tried logging out and logging back in and it still didn't work.

Hello hopefully i can help you,  even though you're card was charged, but that doesn't mean your on a student discount, sometimes you have to show prove that you are a student in order for spotify to give you that $ 4.99 discount. and make sure that it is compatible so that you can get your full premium discount for 12 mo's

so can i get refund if the student premium did'nt push trough
