Student Subscription Not Working

I bought the spotify premium student package tonight but it isn't showing up on my account. Due to my school being a Federal Service Academy, I had to do the manual verification and I recieved the email saying I had been approved for the student premium discount, but I never recieved a reciept via email and my account is still saying that I am on the "free" subscription. While I have neither the email reciept nor the subscription now, my card was charged twice by Spotify: once for $4.99 and once for $5.45. I have attached my card statement with these charges below.
