Student discount HELP

Hi! I just updated to premium with a student discount but it doesn't work? Although I gave my credit card etc?

If the payment shows as pending, this article should explain things out. You can also contact your bank for more info. On the other hand, have you  received the email from SheerID verifying your student status?

Yes, I managed to get it to work - apparently I hadn't confirmed the payment after they checked my student ID. Thank you!
