Student discount canceled without notification

Hello,
I'm using spotify premium for over a year now, but changed my subscription to spotify student discount when I found out about it maybe 3 month ago. I am registered as a student, verified until the end of 2018 and have no problem accessing my unidays account. This month, I was charged the normal price without being informed about why my subscription had been changed, and I can't change it back to student discount and have no idea why. All I get is a short notice that "somehow, they were unable to change my subscription", but no explanation why. 
Is there anything I can do? Seems like there is no real way to contact anyone from spotify.
