Student discount with Hulu Premium

My Question or Issue

 I currently have a Spotify Student subscription with Hulu and was wondering if there was a way I could upgrade my Hulu subscription to the commercial free without having to pay the $12 a month for no commercials?

Unfortunately, Premium for Students is not compatible with the Hulu No Commercials or Live TV plans, or with any Hulu premium add-ons.
