Student membership

Hi i'm currently having trouble obtaining the student membership. I am currently enrolled in college and my college is one of the options when it prompts you to name your school I fill out my name and birthday as well, but it keep saying it cannot verify me. 

I was also wondering if having an account with UNiDays is affecting this as well. I had a discount membership with apple music through UniDays, but cancelled it, I also cancelled my $10 a month account on spotify as well since I saw trying to switch from a regular premium spotify account to a student sometimes doesn't work unless you cancel. Last question I have is does my email linked to my spotify account have to be my student email for it to work as well? Thank you

if youre eligible you should not have to cancel, it would just kick in on your next debit day.

The email does not make a difference if you use your uni one or not, that is up to you 🙂
