Yesterday I started a premium account to try my free month, I selected the student option and I uploaded the docuentnethey asked for, but I waited almost 2 hours so I decided to start premium with a normal account, but today I received an email telling me that sheerid had verified successfully that I am a student, so I click the link below in order to change my subscription to a student one, the problem is that inmmediaimm they sent me another email charging the subscription to my credit card, so I couldn't use my free month, I want to know what to do in this case because I wanted to try the free month and maybe keep paying the subscription, but it looks like they are already charging the subscription to my credit card. Unfortunately, that's the expected behaviour.

You only receive the 30-day Premium trial when subscribing directly via https://spotify.com/premium. You should've signed up for that first and then to the Student Discount.
