Student plan not working

My Question or Issue

I've had the student plan for a while but now it has suddenly switched to the classic premium individual which I don't want nor can afford. I tried getting the student plan again my verifying myself but now there is no longer an option to upload your student card and you have to login to a website, which isn't even of my university so I don't know what to do.

Can I just please show a picture of my student card to activate the subscription?
