Student premium subscription doesn't work

Hey,

I had subscribed for a student premium rate, I've already received the email of confirmation of my student status. But when I open the file of Spotify to finish my registration it puts me a 404 message error and I can't go forward.

What can I do please ? I've already transmit all my data (student, credit card...)

Welcome to the Spotify Community.

It's possible that you're logging in with the wrong credentials. If your account was created through Facebook, you should be able to log in with the "Log in with Facebook" button.

If it wasn't, make sure that you're not entering the full email address in the username box. Let us know if this helps.
