Study abroad

Study abroad

Hello
I am a Spotify premium user from Switzerland
At the moment I stay for 3 month in Canada for a language study.

Even though I want to change the country to canada, because otherwise I cant use my Spotify anymore, i still want to pay with my swiss credit card.

But when I change the country to canada and fill out the payment details with my swiss credit card, appears the message i had to pay with a credit card issued in Canada.

What is the solution for my problem. So that I can use Spotify premium in Canada for 3 month but pay with a swiss credit card?

Thanks for your help!

Thx for your help.

Unfortunately I cant even log in my account to listen my downloaded music.

There appears the message "you can only use Spotify abroad for 14 days".

But I pay for Spotify premium. Following the instructions given from Spotify (See attachements) is it not possible to choose a different country without using a credit card which is issued in the same country.

Thanks for your help

Hey @Marco220296

Thanks for getting back to me 🙂

It is possible that you could have two Spotify accounts. (One might be created through Facebook and the other one with a username).

To check for this please see here:

I will be right here waiting for your update! 🙂
