My Question or Issue

Hello, I wanna ask about my subscriptions. I was updated my subscriptions on May 26th (image attached) but when I opened my Spotify today (June 4th), pop-up message about subscriptions expired showed up. Please look up for it. Thank you.

Did you recently change your Premium subscription to a different plan? Also, can you send me a screenshot of your Receipts page? Please make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the community.

I didn't receive the screenshot. You're able to send the screenshot by going to 'Choose Files' at the bottom of your reply and then select your screenshot you'd like to share. Make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the community.
