Subscribed, but not getting Premium.

I have just subscribed to premium Spotify and after logging out and back in multiple times, with and without facebook, my subscription still says free. I have even deleted the app and reinstalled it on my phone. My account even has the Welcome to Premium playlist, that I have to listen to with commercials. I have tried filling out the help form on both my ipad and phone but every time I complete it a lost connection screen pops up.

Hey @Allibduncan,

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help :)

 

You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
