Subscribed to Singtel Spotify premium but it still shows that i am on free.

Subscribed to Singtel Spotify premium but it still shows that i am on free.

Hi, I cancelled my free trial and paid for Singtel premium. The singtel account has been updated however i am still on free on Spotify. Please advise.

Hey @alant78, welcome to the community!

 

If you've paid for Spotify Premium through your service provider, and the account is still Free, we suggest reaching out to your service provider for more information about it.

 

You can also try reinstalling Spotify  on your device in case they say everything is in order. However, only they can manage your subscription.
