Country - India

 

INR. 80 were deducted while the receipt received was of Rs. 0.
As I have a month's trial, there shouldn't be any amount involved.

 

Here is the message received,

INR 80 was spent on your Credit Card XX3270 on 01-Apr-20 at AY5SPT356.

Thanks for reaching out to us about this - we'll be glad to help you out here.
 

If a charge doesn’t look right, check its status on your statement. You can also check your Spotify receipts here in order to keep track of your payments.

 

Check out this Spotify help page to find out where unexpected charges might be originating from. Make sure you go through all the steps to cover all possible scenarios.

I also do have the same issue.

I used the credit card for this and 80 Rupees deducted. Furthermore I also got the confirmation for premium account and nothing has refunded yet.

 

Could you please check and let me know the solution for the same?

We'd suggest you head here so you can keep an eye on the payments. It's also a good idea to try the steps @Ivan mentioned.

 

If you subscribed for the trial, but still got charged, you can also give these steps a go. That way you can make sure you don't have another account.
