My Question or Issue

I want to change payment methods from my Mastercard to a new Visa. Both are Debit Card. But, it keep saying my payment failed. I had tried many times and did all of the suggestion from support page even arguing with my bank. They said my Visa Card is okay and could be use to pay then asking me to contact the merchant ( Spotify ). Please dont tell me to look the support page, because I already do all of that. 

1. I had fast connection since I were watching youtube on other device while setting a new payment method in a same network

2. I'm doing it in incognito mode

3. I just got my visa card last week so it can not be expired

4. I already contacted my banks and they firmly state i can use my card to pay

5. My balance even enough to buy one year plan

6. I already used my card to other visa-accepting merchants and it perfectly work

I dont who should be blame for this. Can anyone give me a hint? 

P.S : since i'm using bahasa Indonesia as default language which i dont know how to change that, it will be no use to attach any screenshoot. But it said payment failed.

At this point I see you've tried quiet a wide range of options.

Therefore, what's left is for your to make sure that your new card is enabled for foreign, secure online, and recurring purchases.
