Subscribtion get's canceled

Well..my problem is that i wanted to test spotify, i gave all my data etc and "bought" 60 months free but as soon as i was done, the field opened again asking for the data etc again and i got a message that i canceled the subscribtion.. i tried it on both my pc and phone and reinstalled the app too.. am i the only one with this problem?

That's odd, Spotify doesn't offer a 60 months trial.

Do you have a screenshot of this offer? A link to it could be helpful, too.
