My Question or Issue

I have been signed up with Premium Duo & everything was fine until today.  I recieved an email saying my card was denied.  I got the card changed but what I didn't notice was that instead of renewing my Premium Duo it renewed me with an individual account.

I then went into my account & changed it to the Premium Duo & now my partner that was on my Duo plan is now on a free plan.

I NEED HELP!!!!!

Thanks for reaching out about this in the Community!

 

Sorry to hear that your payment failed and you had to go through this process of renewing your plan.

 

What you need to do is send a new invitation to your partner, so that they can join the new Duo plan. They should open the link on their own device.
