My Question or Issue
I have been signed up with Premium Duo & everything was fine until today. I recieved an email saying my card was denied. I got the card changed but what I didn't notice was that instead of renewing my Premium Duo it renewed me with an individual account.
I then went into my account & changed it to the Premium Duo & now my partner that was on my Duo plan is now on a free plan.
I NEED HELP!!!!!
