Premium family not activated

I have an existing premium account and upgraded to family. Yet premium family is not activated for me. Please look into this issue at the earliest otherwise I require a refund

[Other] Switched to Premium Duo by accident, no option to switch back to Premium

I accidentally switched to Premium Duo and was charged for it but only want a regular premium account. When I go into Change Plan there is no option to switch back to regular Premium.
