My Question or Issue

I was in a premium spotify account until something happend with my credit card and they cancel my subscription and put me in free. Right after i solved the problem with my credit card i tried to put again all my information with the same and differents card and it says: "The paymen method failed. Try again, or use a different payment method.". What should i do ? They don't let me pay with any orther card, and i know all the information i put is correct.

If you're trying to subscribe for Premium on your phone, could you try again, only this  time from a desktop computer?

 

If that doesn't work, could you try opening the payment page in a different browser or an incognito window?
