My brother and I both ordered Spotify Premium on Christmas Day. The deal that Spotify has been advertising was get Premium for $0.99 a month for theee months and then $9.99 a month after that. My credit card was charged $0.99 plus tax for one account and $9.99 plus tax for the other. We don’t know which account was changed the $9.99 fee and we’re not sure why we were charged $9.99 when the deal was $0.99?

Hey @morganportis22,

when you have used the same credit card two times the trial only should have worked for the first one where you redeemed the trial, because you can only use one credit card for one intro offer.
