My Question or Issue

 So, I subscribed to the Hulu/Spotify premium membership a month ago, with the pretense that I would only be charged $0.99 for the first 3 months. I just looked, and it charged me full price for last month ($12.99) and it's scheduled to do the same for next. I don't know if I was misled, but I'm 100% positive that I was only supposed to be charged a dollar for the first 3 months, not full price. I've been using spotify for years, and I've never had this happen before.

Hey @ShadDraken, and welcome to the community.

Hope you’re doing great!

Have you already tried this offer before? Also, is the charge showing as pending or has it already been posted.

Let me know how this goes 🙂

It says it's pending. I've not done this subscription, I've had the base
premium plan for several years. I cancelled about 3 months ago for budget
purposes and then subscribed to this when I got the email offer about a
month ago. I no longer have the email unfortunately as I automatically
clear my emails every weekend. I had to cancel my subscription yesterday in
fear of my bank account overdrawing.

@ShadDraken.

Thanks for getting back to me 🙂

In this case, you are not eligible for this trial. Since you mentioned that you had a pending charge, that will get back to you within a few days and the bank can tell you exactly how long.

However, if you are a student, you are still able to subscribe for a 50% discount. You'd just need to get verified by SheerID first though. Check out this page with instructions on how to do this.

I hope this helps! If you need help with anything else, just let me know 🙂
