Subscription Problem!

Subscription Problem!

I subscribed for one month and paid through Dragonpay. However, i did not get any message from Spotify after paying. I checked my bank account and the payment was already deducted. I also logged out and back to my Spotify account but it still says FREE!

Hello,

 

So you just subscribed, I would suggest reinstalling the application. If this does not work then check your account page to make sure it says your premium.
