Subscription and payment page blank

Hi,

I've just got a new phone and it comes with 2 years free spotify so im trying to go on to my account and downgrade to the free version of spotify and remove my payment details. As this is what Vodafone asked me to do to set up my free subscription. 

The problem is that when i go on to my account from any device and click on the subscription tab it has nothing under it, just blank (but the title subscription is still there).

Any help would be appreciated,
