Subscription cancelled, cant listen abroad notification. Very confused

Hi there, I’ve had spotify for two years now. I’m from Canada and opened my account there. I got two years free with the phone plan that I got, but 16 days ago it ended. I moved to the United States in August and had no issue using spotify. I got my new phone plan and reconnected the spotify account to it giving me the two free years again. Two days ago (Saturday) I got a notification saying I can only listen abroad for 14 days. This was a big inconvienience to me as I need music before my games in hockey and never had an issue up to this point. Now its on the free mode. I literally had to go through two minutes of ads for every song I listen to, and I’m pretty ticked because now it wont let me have my subscription that I payed for with my phone plan. I tried to switch back to a canadian spotify account and it won’t let me go from US to Canada. Can someone give me some help or can someone fix this? I’m extremely frustrated. Thanks.
