Subscription changed from £4.99 to £9.99

My accounthas changed from student £4.99 to £9.99 for no reason and now wont let me switch it back. HELP

Hey @ella_paddon !

Student discounts expire after a year, so when that happens your subscription will automatically go back to the standard monthly rate.  

If you’re still eligible for the student discount, all you need to do is sign up to it again.

You don’t have to make a new account, you can keep your current account, just sign up to Student Premium again.
