I recieved a 7 day free trial on monday night and only was able to use the premium for that night...is there any way to remedy the situation?

Let's try following these steps to see if you have other Spotify accounts. You might be logging into the wrong account.

 

However, even if you've used the 7-day trial, your account is still eligible for the 30-day free trial. You can set it up here.
