I done the free trial, I wanna cancel bc it’s charged me through the bank. My app says I’m Premium customer but when I go online to cancel it says I’m free customer I’m just done with it

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help

You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username that you subscribed to Spotify Premium with!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!

Then you should be able to cancel your subscription.
