Subscription: i've been charged twice.

Does anybody know how to cancel a subsciption, as i've forgotton one of my emails,password, username, etc.  The only thing i can think to do is get a replacement debit card,  as I can only remember the other spotify account, which is premium now, but if i cancel that one, i'd be paying £10 for the other spotify acccount which i can't access.  I think it's daft that Spotify don't have a contact phone number to ring, and their address (Spotify HQ) is in America/New York. Please suggest something before i loose my sanity!......
