Subscription is billed twice

Subscription is billed twice

I upgraded my regular paid subscription to a family plan and now my family is on the plan however I am being charged monthly for a regular account (9.99) and a family account (14.99) . How can I get the regular account to stop being charged to my credit card? I’ve paid 5 months and I still can’t end it.
