Subscription is missing

Subscription is missing

I signed up for 3 months about a week ago. everything worked fine, but now I noticed that the subscription was gone. according to the payment history, the payment is displayed, there is a letter with a successful payment in the mail. there are no other accounts, I even went by the nickname from the letter

Thanks for reaching out. In this case, it's best to reach out to Spotify's Customer support team here, since they can take a look at your account in more detail.
