I am currently paying for Spotify premium, but when I use the app it is as if I am using it for free.

thanks for reaching out to the community!

 

It's a common mistake upon users to create more than one account.

If on your account overview page here it says you're on a Free subscription and you created a Premium one, you might be logged into the wrong account.

 

Please use this help page to locate all accounts listed with your details.
