Subscription shows on internet but not in App

Subscription shows on internet but not in App

I have premium associated with my account and it shows when I login online but on my iPhone app the subscription has disappeared!!! How do I get them synced again? I've logged out and back in on the app and no luck.

Hey @Emch007, welcome to the Community!

 

It sounds like you have two accounts. One Free and the other Premium. Make sure that you're logging into the same account that you're logged into on the website.

No I definitely only have one account. It was working on my phone and then one day it stopped but again when I login online it shows my premium subscription.

Same for me, i also have only one account Homepage say i have Premium which is connected with mobile company and the app say its a free accoount
